There are those that say that when the lopsided population worldwide of Boomers die of natural causes, their houses will go on the market to a much smaller global population. The market will be glutted with housing.

A quick Google search shows that the headband he's wearing is as cheap as $10 and as expensive as $50. Depends on the brand, etc. The one he's wearing is Under Armor. That's about 2-10 home cooked meals just not buying that worthless piece of cloth.
