Here's what (i think) should be changed about votations
- everyone should have the right to vote for everything, not only mods and owners
- votations should last 24 hours, so that anyone can vote even if their timezone is different
- 24 hours before a votation starts, we should make an announcement, so if someone wants to stay offline the next day, they see the announcement and they don't lose the chance to vote
