Too elaborate.



Plus, it relies on trust to function. We just saw it not functioning because Daniels trusted the wrong person.



It doesn't validate arkuums, however. A forewarning to the inactive owner is always warranted in every human society, and a cold removal is always criminal.

Well if Daniels was went and pursued the Daniels clause, it could have ended up bad. What other course of action should have been taken instead ?

There wasn't much communicated to be done because Daniels was constantly inactive, it took him several weeks to come back and see he was removed as an owner

It reeks of an opportunistic arkuum. Return the stream to Daniels, then you can communicate with the active and original owner as you and him please.

The original owner wasn't Daniels tho, he claimed it after the founder went inactive. And I tried talking to Daniels but he still has all his faith in the flawed Daniels clause

No, the older owner did.



See why it's not an arkuum? Because the old owner doesn't have trust issues, and gave reasons for making all the changes. And he's the owner who promoted you to owner in the first place.
