I actually had an idea about something related to that, mostly to make him somewhat balanced
The idea was that he can't just instantly do things, he has to take time to write out the code and mess with the "program" to perform actions, like an actual developer
Another was that in order to delete entities, specifically living beings, he needs to know their real and full names, kinda like the death note. This also conveniently makes characters who's real names aren't known by the majority of people (Collector, Eggy, Phantasm), people immune to just being poofed out of existence, unless Adminspace can actually figure out their names, which could make for interesting plot points
