It isn't really the questions themselves that are torturous (though some can be a bit confusing) it's more so the amount of time spent doing the actual SOL and then waiting for everyone else to finish.



And considering that's 50 questions each of us have to do... Yeah

I get what you mean, they put way too much emphasis on it when its not that hard and just ends up inducing more stress than necessary

Funny thing is, the principles are all just totally downplaying it, as if it won't determine whether I get 2 and a half months of relaxation and fun, or having to spend those 2 months in the gulag (summer school)
