I will always blame their parents.
Toughest job on the planet, for sure, but that is the responsibility.
Somehow, someway, you just have to figure it out, knowing the whole time it will NOT be easy.
True, you see entitled children everywhere because their parents failed. Once their little darlings are dead or in jail you see them switch from bad parents to anti-police activists.
