Also, it would hurt beyond understanding because the snake would bite into the nerves (that're really close to your skin's surface) that are around your balls.

I don't think he would have the time to get an infection - he would be dead unless he received some antivenom

Via bleeding out to death or passing out from the sheer pain sure, but you don't know where that snake's fangs were in (usually it would be a dead animal (ex, its prey)), but there are such thing as non-venomous snakes or "low-venomous" snakes that aren't big enough or potent enough to kill you.
But either way, if it were to be a generic venomous snake that bit into his balls, then yes he could die before getting any other complications.

Nah, you'll actually be fine unless you have an open wound in your mouth, throat, or digestive system. Snake venom is meant to be injected into the bloodstream in order to work.

Fortunately, there's a medical tool to such out the poison.

Sounds boring

Better boring than getting poisoned sucking on a wound. The wound can get infected as a bonus.

Snake venom doesn't work like that. The person who sucks the venom out will probably be okay unless they have an open wound. But yeah, infection is an issue.

A small cut or ulcer allows the venom to get in the blood stream.

And always a good idea to have some anti venom
