Okay so im gonna be generic and ask for an Eevee =u=

Specifically my Damian my team rocket oc whom I never made art of before, he should look something like this but give him a kinda annoyed / mean / smug look.

The reason I covered the limbs in because I tried and failed (miserably)

4/10, you can change the fur and neck colors a little bit if needed since I didn't really test how that pallet looks, but keep it within "canonical" Eevee fur colors, you can give him a special fur pattern if you want though just nothing too complex.

Other than that you can add an extra accessory or something if you wanna cause I really dunno what else to give him other than a team rocket shirt or hat.

(Also note, the purple on the eyes part is for the little pink shine that Partner Eevees have in their eyes since he is one.)

Nah just the regular fur colors.

Actually you could make 2 versions if you want (one with the red tips and one without) just so I can see how it looks
