as long as it gets a notification it should be able to, otherwise if its set to active for that stream, yes. ive only been running it in bigger streams due to the amount of CPU and RAM it uses

i mainly talk to Andrew about setting for ModBot when it comes to MSMG, so i typically look at what he bans for, and he has refused to ban by request in the past so ive decided not to add that to ModBot either
