A lot of people here are very envious of what Donald Trump is achieving

It takes several things to produce a Trump: He or she has got to be goal driven and an innate risk taker with an indomitable spirit and great vision. Has to be willing to buck everything to achieve a goal, but intelligent enough to consistently think outside the box.

Finally he or she has got to be lucky enough to survive the inevitable assassination attempts from their organized enemies. That last one is out of anyone's control. We got as lucky as Trump has been.
