He was lightheartedly shedding light on the fact that ONLY the male cardinals are represented in the knick-knack junk at Walmart
I found the clip quite entertaining--and have since noticed that it happens everywhere. Not just at the cheap stores.
I guess because the females aren't as vibrantly colored as the males? Just a theory...
