Mea culpa just assumed it was the other one of the trump supporter attacking a male pollster. (So many republicans attacking polling employees 🤔)

So by definition the trump supporter was in the wrong still for refusal to remove their illegal attire. Hard to hear what he’s saying but he did throw his hat at the pollster and hit the pollster. He in legal terms physically assaulted the employee first.

That being said I’m principled. Other pollster should not have laid hands and waited for security (unless she was security.)

However removing a Republican afree verbally harassing staff, assaulting an employee and refusing to comply with election codes is not cheating.
