In this reality, a VP isn't an "office" position, because you do not vote specifically for a VP, you vote for a President, that they choose a VP.

And the things that our VP can decide on (votes in congress mainly), Kamala has done her job. But you don't know or care about it, because, like the meme says, actual reality is really hard to grasp, especially when you skip 6th grade history and fail to learn how the three branches work.
