20 pushups, soldier! As someone who used to work out(I’m planning on getting back into it soon) I’d recommend breaking them up into sets of 10 until you’re ready to up it to 15, then maybe later you’ll be able to do a whole 20
I'm trying to start out small, then gradually get up. I'm mostly focusing on endurance rather than agility for myself. I might lift from time to time. Good luck for your arc
