And the wolf is a mount, so you can't use other mounts except the wolf transformation, and speed boost items are useless, as like I said the wolf transformation is a mount and your speed doesn't exactly increase via items, but your speed can still decrease however by debuffs.

Also you cannot double jump as a wolf, and the only item which you can rely on using for fall negation is the Lucky Horseshoe and yet again can't use Grav Potions or Rope to get to floating islands that simply.

Playing as just a wolf has its downsides but has some advantages due to high jump and fast speed.

I have to play as a wolf, which means I can't climb using rope, no flying, and no climbing accessories.

And I'm also playing on Expert Mode, so the difficulty comes into play without being able to use Shield of Cthulhu because cannot dash.

EoC and King Slime is just a warmup battle. BoC, Skeletron and Queen Bee will be a bit more difficult.

But due to being incredibly fast, WoF should be a piece of cake since I should be able to keep a safe enough distance away but also be fast enough so it won't outrun me at its last 10% of health.

Musket/revolver/range are GREAT for WoF, also maces, but there might be others. I’m still nüb

Musket and Revolver are far to slow for WoF and Maces rely on you being close to WoF, so actually it's not good for fighting WoF, especially not in Expert or Master Modes.

Replace Musket/Revolver with Minishark or Bee's Knees, and replace Maces with Night's Edge or Beekeeper.

Stack muskets so you every have to reload
