I heard that Yakuza 0 is the best game to introduce yourself to the series

I started with Kiwami because it’s the first game in the series remade. So I’ll never know what it’s like to start with Zero. I played 1-6, then 0, then replayed Kiwami. Now I’m on Infinite Wealth. What a ride it’s been.

Personally, Zero is nowhere near my favorite, though everyone who started with it says it’s theirs. I have my reasons Kiwami being my favorite game in the series, but you could also chalk it up as it being the one I started with, too. People who started with Zero tend to hate Kiwami.
