Disney nut allergy lawsuit

To those who don't know:

Recently, a Disney restaurant was told not to put nuts as the person supposed to eat it was allergic to them. However, the restaurant did and then Disney was sued. However, almost 5 years before the incident, the person signed up for the free trial of Disney+, without reading the terms and conditions, which stated that you could not sue Disney in court and all things need to be sorted out-of-court, the person signed up.
