When you finally notice, can anyone figure what that thing moving in the background is?

Its a dog. One of those little fluffy ones

I dunno, giving its position in the background and relative to her, it would actually have to be much larger than that, and I can't make heads or tails of it, literally. What looks like possible eyes are in a weird position if that was its head. Plus it's fur is all fluffy and blowing in the breeze, while her hair isn't affected at all.

Its a dog. The black part is a harness for it's leach. The fur that's all fluffy isn't being blown by the breeze, that's the dog's tail and they just look like that.

Look up Pomeranians.

Ahh, I got it now. I had the dog backwards! I couldn't make out the lines in the front, figured that was the tail. And what looked like an eye on the other side was just a space between the tail and the body through which the rock peeked through.

Some weird muppet-ish? thing on the rocks on the shore in front of her... AI?
