Bud. My longest time was 8 days. You know why? I went on a pilgrimage and literally found my crush.
Once I saw her, i literally had no bad thoughts for the entire pilgrimage.
And the effect lasted 3 days after the pilgrimage.

In my mind, doing that was not worth it anymore. Seeing her face was much more rewarding
