Sometimes I'll do quick synopsis and background on character for reference without having to have see film...more so now than ever because I don't watch tv anymore.
But then if someone replies in a context framed by it, and I have nothing sufficient to offer to their repartee, I feel even derpier than usual.
I get neurotic about details.
