Technically, any game rated E is for all ages. E10+ us suitable for ages 10 and up, but is generally olay for most audiences. Teen ratings are for ages 13 and up. The lowest M rating I've seen is M17+ on a Call of Duty game. I think games can also be X-rated like movies and TV for certain content, depending on the genre.
And then there's a Mario game where a villain kills people by trapping them in Vr headsets and put them in their happy worlds while slowly starving to death including a guy who sees a dead loved one in their fantasy world, and Mario & Luigi also get trapped in the Matrix and it then plays out like a creepypasta
