I don't need your permission or approval but thank you for sharing your current opinion. And oh, yeah, I howled! So did millions of people apparently. I feel like you'd benefit from letting go of all that formality. You don't have to change personalities to howl at the moon or an eclipse. Just accept, and enjoy, that you are an animal. Stop thinking for just a moment and let the emotion of being alive over take you. Let yourself be a wild, untamed, animal for just a few seconds and howl or skinny dip or, I don't know, hug a tree or stand with your feet in the sand. Get out of your head just for a minute. Sometimes we forget that while we are educating ourselves and trying to become something formal.
