Yes, I'm a zero build player, too (mainly because I don't know how to build and that some players would be making 5-star 12-story hotels that are the size of a mansion just to kill me).
You built this house faster than Elsa built her ice castle. As an extra bonus, you used materials much more structurally sound and more likely to comply with area building codes.
