Difficult to tell but I would say it's a much bigger calibre because of the barrel compensator and the obvious recoil

For one handed that cannot be larger than a .22

I used to shoot larger calibres with one hand

I have before as well, and still do but even .22 is difficult to control that well. I’d say .380 is the largest I could see being that stable with one hand

The days of shooting handguns in the UK ended about 1995 so it's becomimg a distant memory :~(

In 1996 we sadly a mass murder of children in a school shooting at Dunblane and that pretty much ended the private ownership of handguns and pistol clubs here.
Following the shooting in Hungerford in 1987, that was the end of most semi auto rifles
other than .22's

So what can you own over there? I heard you could get shotguns but it was a lengthy process, and I know it is *possible* to get handguns cause of competition shooting and all that but they have to have a suppressor pinned and welded to the front

The UK has some of the tightest gun controls in the world
Shotguns are still ok but pump action and semi autos are restricted to 2 shots only
Practically all 22 rifles used for pest control have suppressors
Handguns are banned from general ownership but with an exemption for veterinary use
Even blank firers are legistated against - It's a crazy world out there ! :~)
