Biden is here to stay. His Dem cabinet will not invoke the 25th. Doing so would put Speaker Johnson in as VP, giving Senate tie breaker to the Republicans. And they would not want a Republican witnessing anything in the White House. Biden is here until inauguration.
But the Dems will replace him on the ballot at the convention.
