I believe it's because 'rizz' is gen z slang for someone's ability to seduce a woman, so basically he was joking that Serena was attracted to Ash at the end of the episode.
Gen z is currently the newest generation of humans from the game called real life, well actually i'm not sure if they were the ones who made up the term rizz, but I assume since it's a newer slang
