I think that he's trying to destroy (or rebel against) Imgflip by breaking the rules and "cringing-up" the website from posting Gen Alpha humour, which more-or-less breaks the TOS rules due to the fact that the whole of Gen Alpha is under the age of 13, and since you must be 13 y/o or older, being younger than 13 is breaking the rules. And we can all agree that Gen Alpha humour is cringe, right?
