It was essentially a step back to the 1980's. A young, rookie police officer unearths a Ewish conspiracy to flood the ghettos with drugs and incite a race war, so the ewes could seize power behind the scenes.

I say this because of the 1980's crack conspiracy.

And the rookie does it w/ the help of a con artist who just wants to fit in. They understand one another. They fall in love. Just add another character into this and BOOM! Star Wars- like plot line! And the rookie and the conner and the new friend become teammates and besties!
