My one little brain cell that “works”

After hearing about the attacks that the inkperials have done, Maddi worries for her and her friends safety, not knowing what they’re gonna do or where they’re gonna strike next. Maddi decides to call her friends on the group chat. A few seconds later, Rose, Alex, Scout, Yurie, Evy, and Rampage pick up.

Rampage: Yo, you called?

Maddi: Yeah, I did. It’s about the inkperials.

Alex: Those guys took my sister!

Yurie: They took Corrie? Why?

Alex: They want as many people as possible to be in their army.

Rose: I guess that makes sense.

Evy: But why?

Alex: For peace I think. I made a plan to go and infiltrate the base, and find Corrie.

Rose: I’m coming with you.

Yurie: We all are, but I gotta make sure that they aren’t gonna target where my cousins Bunii and S are. It’s really risky being related to Octavio.

After a few minutes of talking and meeting up at Alex’s house (-Yurie), they headed off to the base.

Alex: Thanks again for the spaceship, Starki.

Starki (Through a radio): No problem.

It took hours, but the gang had finally arrived at the base. They got out of the spaceship (which went into camouflage), and snuck to the entrance. Luckily, they were experienced with sneaking and did great. Finally, they had reached a white room that was huge and had nothing but a window and a door.

Alex: Huh, this doesn’t look so-

Everyone: NONONO, DON’T SAY THAT, YOU’LL JINX IT-

Alex: Fine.

Just then, the door closes. Everyone looks at Alex with an annoyed expression. A few seconds later, they heard a familiar voice.

??: Looking for me?

The voice said. Alex looked around, and saw Corrie, but she wasn’t facing them

Alex: Sis, it’s you! We’ve come to warn you about-

Corrie: The Inkperials? Don’t be silly brother, they’re quite nice once you get to know them.

Alex: Are you ok, sis? You’re not acting like yourself

Rose: Something ain’t right.

Corrie then twitched a bit.

Corrie: You know brother, I’ve been getting a little lonely lately. I think you should join me. I think all of you should.

Alex then backs up.

Alex: Sis, what’s gotten into y-

Corrie turns around, revealing a pair of hypnoshades. Alex looks at her with fear, as the others gasp.

Rampage: Holy shark… they brainwashed her.

Meanwhile, Yurie set off to go and find octo valley to warn her cousins about the inkperials. It took an hour, but she eventually got there. She entered a place that looked like a stage, and then heard the sound of someone laughing.

??: GYA HAHA! WHO DARE'S ENT- Oh, it's you

Yurie: Hey man, quit it with the voice changer. You know your dad doesn't scare me anymore. I need to talk to you about something.
