OTK is an abbreviation for One-Turn Kill (not to be confused with FTK (First-Turn Kill).
In Yu-Gi-Oh, an OTK is when one player wipes out all 8000 of their opponent's LP in a single turn, and a FTK is wiping out the opponent's LP on your very first draw or turn (common with Exodia FTK players).
