I have done some more research, and have found that you are partially correct! in the POPGOES lore, Toy Bonnie was in fact responsible for the bite of 87. In the canon fnaf lore however, we still don't know for sure who was responsible for the bite of 87 (a lot of evidence points to mangle, but it still feels like speculation to me.)
I have made zero claims on knowing who was responsible for the bites of '87/ '83. all I requested was a credible source (the books, the games, tweets from Scott, etc.) to back up your claim that bonnie was responsible for the bite of '87.
