Weird GIF Preview

HOW TO REPLICATE:
1. Open any GIF.
2. Add spacing on top and bottom and apply with 100% size.
3. Generate the GIF.
4. Paste the GIF link into the GIF Maker.
5. Put 360px size.
6. Rotate the GIF.
7. Add spacing again.
8. Rotate again. (BONUS)
9. Change size to 360px again. (BONUS)

P.S. The output GIF is not buggy. Only the preview.

As the bug is extremely specific and is very unknown to the public, it can be considered an inconsequential bug, and thus not worth fixing.
