Good point on the drawing quality. There are many people who draw poorly, just like me.

In the case of violations such as Nazi icons, Imgflip could simply add two measures: Locking behind Pro Basic and adding a 'Flag User' button. Both measures combined will slash violations to low enough numbers.

3rd drawings are locked behind pro basic and profile pics are locked behind pro, so spending money just to set your profile picture to a p**is on a meme website which would soon anyway flag you and remove your profile picture seems extremely stupid
4th templates are way worse, there's actually porn images in there

upload hell no, we would immediately see more cocks than a gay version of ph, a "report user" thing would not work since the moderation team is like 10-20 people for the entire site
