Honest question: who needs that much jewelry and why? I've never seen a woman in my life who looked any better with jewelry than without.
Facial expressions, hygeine and a kind attitude would have a MUCH greater influence. You could impress even more people if you wear a t-shirt with a band logo or something nerdy on it, letting others know your interests and having something to talk to them about. You can make friends that way.
