It's Monokuma from Danganronpa, and yes, he will slit your throat. After burning you alive, sending you into space, crushing you under a press, and killing you with the things you like, ofc. 😀

The reason that is is because otherwise his hair was going to cover his eye completely
And this was kind of rushed, which i tend to do a lot (it took me 3 hours to make)
