I'm not doing outlineless of how I do it

Cus it follows the exact same steps, except I shade in the lines, and much more precice in shading for the effect.

I remove the outline entirely once I'm finished and clean up and fill in gaps

Me (since I draw things on paper):

-Start with a base you can work with

-Add your details (hair, clothes, etc.)

-Add facial features

-Outline with pen (and fix lines/mistakes)

-Color with appropriate colors

-Optional: Add glitter (from glitter pens)

And you're done!
