Yes, I think I saw a fusion video and the guy said that an ice keese eye would do the same effects as the more expensive dragon parts, it does an area of effect freeze mist that happens when you throw the boomerang. Otherwise I may be confused with the Keese wing, but I'm sure that works.

In other words it should pretty much freeze all the normal enemies if it gets thrown with that combination.
