Reasons this is inaccurate

1. If this did condemn pedophilia, it would say "A man should not sleep with a little girl" or something along those lines. Since homosexuality was not the norm, using the word "boy" would also still imply a condemnation of homosexuality. Also, if this were a mistranslation, at least one recent Vatican Council would've caught it

2. The Hebrew word used in the verse," זָכָר֙ (zā-ḵār)", translates to "a male"

It would've been a very odd choice for Moses to put "boy" instead of "girl" if he wanted to condemn pedophilia
