At least we actually have evidence to support them.

Yes. Books.

And guess what we have to support the resurrection? Books.

Wow. Just books? Not uncovered fossils, DNA analysis, scientific experiments? You’re the one with just a book, bud, and nothing more.

Ok, show me a fossil.

How do I know it's real? Can you prove that the fossil actually exists?

Go to a museum. These fossils have been analyzed and cross examined by other scientists.

How do I know? Is it because the scientists said they examined them? But that sounds pretty unscientific, I can't trust that.

Maybe I should learn how to examine them myself? But that's still unscientific, because all the science textbooks I would read would just be what people said happened, I have no evidence I can see that proves anything.

You see, this is the problem. I believe science is true. But at the root of all of this is people saying they did experiments. Saying they did them and presenting their findings. But findings aren't proof.

You’re talking about hundreds if not thousands of studies and research projects. Some fossils, when interrogated by other scientists, have actually been disregarded and proven not to be what we initially thought they were. These things face scrutiny all of the time. Evolution is the consensus theory of biological diversity, so it gets tested literally of the time.

But How do I know that any of that is true?

I’m not sure resurrection is even testable and that we can form a falsifiable hypothesis around it. Therefore, it’s not science.

But if it's not testable it remains a possibility.

And have you ever heard of a "near-death experience" where someone MEDICALLY dies and comes back days later?

And people hallucinate and think they see fictitious things like Jesus, heaven or hell? Yes.

“fictitious things like Jesus, heaven or hell” False

You can’t just say “false” on all of my memes without giving an explanation of why.

How can you hallucinate without any brain activity? Hallucinations are supposed to increase activity in certain parts of the brain, these people have no brain activity, heartbeat, or anything else to say that they're alive. This has happened, and it has yet to be explained by science.

Stop the foolishness. These people are not brain dead, obviously, if they are coming back to life. In fact, in near death experiences, many report feeling more alive than ever before. It is suggested that this is related to changes in blood flow and brain activity while less oxygen is supplied to the brain. Alternatively, these experiences might be explained by psychological factors like heightened awareness, altered state of consciousness and the processing of memories and emotions.

The evidence shows that they are braindead. You're asking for evidence of God? Show me evidence of them not being braindead besides "they come back to life."

And if they are braindead none of what you said matters.

You obviously haven’t bothered to do the slightest research.

"Why the mind should experience the struggle to sustain its operations in the face of a loss of blood flow and oxygen as positive and blissful rather than as panic-inducing remains a mystery"

"Dr. David Langer, Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, has treated many patients close to death and isn’t sure these NDEs are more than spikes in neural activity in a dying brain; however, he is open to the possibility of it being something spiritual in nature"

I'll admit that NDEs aren't one of my most researched fields but those two quotes tell me enough.

Now how about I provide you with a source?

To throw your stupid fossil theories out the door, how the eff are you supposed to use a “fossil” that disappeared from its tomb? And maybe if you actually read the several accounts from the Bible your argument would throw itself right out the window
