Because it doesn't make sense? Normally if there's a holiday, schools will be cancelled? So they're breaking in for absoloutely nothing? There probably won't be enough money for it to be worth considering how little teachers get paid.

Bruh the holiday was Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur or something like that. The whole entire school doesn't celebrate those. Ethan does though.
