Just because it's more expensive somewhere else because of regional pricing doesn't mean the cheaper asking price is inherently a good deal. It's not AS horrible, but it's still unacceptable. Believe it or not, both prices can be too high.

Quality has nothing to do with the price.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is $60, and Elden Ring is also $60. Forspoken was laughed into oblivion, but it’s $70. Dead Space is considered one of the best remakes of all time, and it’s also $70. Whether they’re good or bad, they’re all the same pricing.

You could spend $70 and get 5-6 “quality” games that are a few years old instead of one brand new game.
