Ig the anels are always working, but the Bible also says that all of heaven rejoices when one sinner repents. Also it's a joke, so it's not that serious.
And a joke means you find it funny, So that logic you find it funny that angels would celebrate cause of someone repenting. So what is suppose to be funny about that?
