Your honor, time is a flat circle, physically speaking. All events, lives and physical matter will repeat itself in an infinite cycle with no comprehensible end or beginning. So what if i murder him? In 22 billion years. The universe will compress back into a singularity only to cause the big bang again and again with the same materials, entropy, and mass, all leading to an exact recreation of this cycle's big bang. Therefore leading the exact same events, thoughts, and most importantly, the exact same action and lives as the last cycle. Therefore no matter what happened, I was always going to kill him, it simply doesn't matter. Because to him, his consciousness will just be created again in an infinite loop of me stabbing and murdering him, same goes for you all in the courtroom. We are all just a flat circle, i even say that i really didn't kill him because to him, he will just wake up as a baby again, only for all this to repeat.
