Oh yeah I remember how hard it was to get the armor bits. I had to beet up Bronzor because I have scarlet, so I got Armarouge.

It wasn't to hard for me because for some reason my extremely underleveled Azumarill tanked every move Sinistea had and dealt mass damage

You have to get 10 Sinistea Chips (Violet) or 10 Bronzor Fragments (Scarlet), and then you go to Zapapico and talk to this NPC which gives you the evolution item in exchange for the fragments
