Yup it was. I had a bunch of weebles when I was a kid which tells you I'm older than you likely thought 43 and a woman. Some thought I was a guy and likely because of my toilet humor affinity which isn't as common in girls.
My nickname for a girlfriend in 1980 was Weeble (because she was short and fat) For some reason that relationship didn't last ! Save you working it out, I'm a bloke in my 60's :~)
