My legs were cramping on the hospital ( I have high blood pressure). The doctor put me on a potassium blocker...no more cramping. And I don't eat bananas either !
Do your research. Bananas are not your only potassium source! Order french fries NOT made from potatoes and stay away from tomato slices on your hamburgers!
