I had designs for something much more powerful
If you split water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen well
Oxygen- makes things burn faster and hotter.
Hydrogen-Flammable.
Using tiny nano-technolagical robots you could use electriclity and salt to split water.
Then light a match.
The thing burns.
Now imagine that with a cloud.
