Inkmatas is an example of how far the rule goes. At her full power she is able to match up to 99% of the collectors full power

However because the collector enters a god-like form he wins because he cannot get tired, while inkmatas remains in a relatively normal form

Eggyhead also enters a godlike form but not as powerful as Collecter
