FH .. wrist goes into extension AND ulnar deviation at start of fwd swing ...this is key for effective topspin

Do not pull across at impact ... keep driving straight thru (and up) as if you're hitting 3 balls sequentially ... it is key to hit 1st ball in front (not in line with body)
