Power comes from Shoulder Rotation/Arm Pronation above your body ... NOT an arm push that happens past (and in front) of body

…what you want to feel is that as you are coming up to extension on edge and you get near arm extension, THE SHOULDER BEGINS TO ROTATE with the racket behind the hand. The racket head then advances over the hand and past the hand as the arm is still extended (straight up) …once racket is past hand, let elbow flex and bring racket down (with elbow pointed upwards)

the elbow is the captain of the arm's pronation ... mentally focus on pronating the elbow and your shoulder and wrist will join in ... in the most powerful way .. however wrist must be loose ... do not deliberately turn wrist (or shoulder) ... deliberately turn the elbow and "allow" the wrist to turn in tandem

Use tricep extension to move up forearm/racket; Pronation comes from forearm/elbow/shoulder external rotation; Finish with elbow pointing up using bicep contraction ala' Sampras
